Alto-Shaam 500-1D Warming Drawer

This Alto-Shaam® Warming Drawer features Halo Heat® technology which uses no harsh heating elements forced air or added humidity. This results in maximum food quality and moisture retention over a longer period of time. It has a non-magnetic stainless steel exterior and removal stainless steel drawer rail supports. The drawer includes one full-size (GN 1/1) 12" x 20" x 6" stainless steel pan.
